Extremely rude and unprofessional leasing person. Would never rent here!
Terrible Experience, take your money elsewhere. Rent is overpriced for the amenities. Homelessness is rampant with theft and broken property. Packages constantly stolen, and building kept in substandard condition. Apathetic staff that are disorganized and less than professional.
Since Holland Residential took over Trevor our new maintenance manager and the technician DJ has been absolutely wonderful. Anything that happens in my home, they are very quick and professional to get the job done. The new leasing associate in the leasing office Breckyn has been very efficient, absolutely professional and a joy to work with. Thank you for continuing to make The District welcoming and feel like my forever home.
Was amazing now there is dog feces buy the entrance and the security lets in ex girlfriends
