Never in my life have I had dealings with such an unprofessional business in my entire life. I ordered a self build kit early February 2021 off of the website with the only time frame showing on the entire site for these kits saying -20 Gallon "EZ KIT" MOONSHINE KIT 2 to 4 weeks shipping A do-it-yourself kit (DIY) is a copper moonshine still manufactured by American Copper Works. It's so refreshing to see a business like this in todays day and age! Not everything is meant to be AMAZON or ALIBABA! I just spoke to Jon on the phone and they are ready to work with their customers. It's important to support the small and private businesses that run on human values that you want your children to experience as well. Ordered a unit in March, it's December and I've had my wife and myself insulted just for asking where the hell our $450 went. Absolute joke of a company
DO NOT BUY, I repeat do not buy from this company, the owner is a thief, never delivers your order, tries to downgrade your order to an EZ build kit and if you do not accept he threatens your safety. The owner of this company is an embarrassment to american companies with integrity. My worst experience ever buying from a company, Zero Stars!!!
Product is great...owner is NOT. Posted our address and mobile numbers and asked followers to harass us on his personal FB page after a misunderstanding. Never tried to start a civil conversation with us, called 70 times within several house, sent inappropriate text messages to myself and harassing messages to my boyfriend. Reached out to my extended family accusing me of drug use. I have no clue how this business rates above 2 stars...

The Distillery network is run by con artist. I canceled an order that was not going to be made for months and was charged a 30% restocking fee. The order was cancel due to legality in my state. They did not answer my email when question the thirty percent. Nothing was said or anything written in invoice about taking 30% ..beware
