We arrived early to get the free 8th on 4-19; the first one in line at the door in fact. And unfortunately it was a lie. That’s right, a lie. Upon entry I was guided to a bud tender who informed me that I had to spend $10 to get the promotion. I explained that it was not advertised as a “must purchase,” type promotion, and in order to receive the,”free eight,” I had to use their atm, and pay a $3 fee to get cash so I ended up paying nearly $15 for the free eighth and two pre rolls, one of which was not ordered. The staff were helpful and pleasant. They have a good reward system for customers.
Been a long time customer here, but it seems like they don’t care and their customer service has gone way down hill. Not only that but after trying out Jardin dispensary I realized their prices are better and the employees actually care to keep you happy.
