Came to clean my vents, paid them extra to clean my AC unit and condensate line. They didn't put the plumbing back together right and it dripped for several days before we noticed a smell coming from under the sink. I got the leak fixed but the smell is horrible. The technician, Eddie, said there is nothing he can do for me and the manager won't take my calls.
Worst Experience. After waiting for 3 months for my appointment, they didnt show up. Manager of Company is extremly Rude. Groupon deals are keeping them so busy that they even dont care of commitement.
Worst experience possible. Purchased Groupon for $99 for whole house. Tech charged us $250 because Groupon did not include pre-spotting/stain removable. Carpet was left with big black spots. Owner said he would re-clean my carpets, but after preparing and moving my furniture 4 times, I have had 1 no show and 6 canceled appointments (truck broken twice, employee just got sick,...) Excuses galore and extremely poor service - even from the owner/manager of the company! I have extended grace for 6 months and I am still out $250 ... read more
After my carpet was cleaned, it smelled awful. It smelled like feet. Also, they didn't get the dirt stains out of my carpet near the entrance. I could have cleaned it better by renting a steam cleaner. On tip if that, I wasted money by purchasing a chemical to protect my carpet that I probably didn't even need. Disappointed.
