What a pleasure to work with a professional agent like Marie Dinsmore. Help in preparing the property to show well was a tremendous help. She uses technology to make the process easy and informative. The experience was very positive and the house was sold in the lower end of the date range that the Appraiser said it would take. Having the house appraised as Marie suggested saved us from listing it below evaluation as we might have done. Appreciate all of her help and her keeping us informed during the sales process.
