Purchased water from them to be respectful while I sat and waited on my flight. Instead I got kicked out since I didn't purchase food specifically. Unfortunate as the employees were really nice when I first walked in.

Asked to leave the table having ordered a coffee, there were only 3 other tables in the entire restaurant that were sat, more than 10 tops open and asked to leave for drinking a purchased coffee. Highly recommend new management.

I cannot get enough of this place, the food, especially the burgers are the best in the city, besting Five Guys, I have burgers just about everyday from either cookout, five guys and now the dinner bell, and id choose the dinner bell everyday of the week if I could. Please do yourself a favor and try it for yourself.

I purchased a full meal while visiting with a friend, but we were told we couldn’t sit together because she didn’t order anything. The tone was unnecessarily confrontational. With over 10 years in hospitality, I can say this is not how you treat paying customers. What made it worse was seeing others seated without food who weren’t approached at all. The inconsistency felt unfair and unwelcoming. Very disappointing experience.
