The management is always on the defense and accusatory when asked to resolve issues. Management is never available. Read your documents carefully before signing agreements. I found many errors. When I moved in the apt carpet was filthy. I had issues with dogs using the the hallway and stairwell as their daily place to urinate. I sent mgmt, Haley, daily pictures of urine in the hallway. To whom it concerns, The Millennium Waterway (The Woodlands), Nichole ******Leasing person. Applied for APT back in Feb 2021. I paid the app fee 105$ up front& I was approved. From Feb to April ******kept promising me that she would send my welcome letter & lease but she never sent them. I kept trying to call Nichole left messages but no call back. The Dinerstein company rips off college kids and puts them In harms way during the Coronavirus crisis. Tragically they insist on collecting every cent of rent even though kids have moved out for their own safety. They should be removed from Sterling Heights slum and thrown out of San Antonio. We don’t need Dinerstein people here. Keep your ethics in Houston !

Upon move-out, we were billed for a carpet replacement at $382.25. Nothing about carpet replacement is outlined in the lease we signed, and we also made a pet deposit on move-in. When the manager Tommy Ku was notified about the pet deposit, he subtracted it from the charge but also added a "full repaint" charge of $184, effectively negating the deposit. RecommendedVantage Med Center is by far the BEST place to live in the medical center! My husband and I have lived in Modera Flats as well as Elan Apartments and they do not come close to Vantage Med Center living. Report Card Management: A+ -Tommy, Victoria, Sarah, and Amber respond quickly (either by phone or email) to any of our concerns or questions and are extremely helpful when we have any issues.
