first time visitors on vacation. love the food and atmosphere. recommend the sausage biscuits with gravy.
The young lady that waited on us was extremely nice. The food was excellent. We hesitated to go in at first because it basically looked closed and kind of warn down. Could use a facelift, but we were pleasantly surprised.
Ordered scrambled eggs, and after hearing a loud clanging from the flat top, was presented with a plate of egg crumbs. The “cook” had bashed the eggs into a thousand pieces of egg dust with a metal spatula. Awful to look at and I took one bite - with shell - and left it. Didn’t occur to the waitress to ask how the food was, or why my eggs were untouched. Hash browns were greasy, toast barely toasted. Will not return.
There were two cooks on the grill and they were not short order cooks. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait but it was 90 minutes and they really weren’t busy. We were ready to call it quits and just go to bed. The food came out and the eggs were hot and the sausage and bacon were ice cold. They did take 25% off the check.
Thank you for great service & great food. Our Girl Scout troop of 15 had a little of everything & it was all great!!
Would not consider returning
Food and waitress was great. I only had a waffle that the waitress made. The cook keep griping and complaining about being mistreated because he's black. He was dropping the 'F' bomb every other word. Just blown away that management allows this behavior. Curious if it's common thing
