Needs better management, better bus drivers, more busses, more parking spaces, better maintenance staff, etc.
Before you rent from Dillion think again. It was beyond nasty and wasn’t cleaned for move in day. The parking is awful and anyone comes visits get towed for $180. I’ve never been to place where only very few guest parking and no where else to park and get towed for parking for 10 minutes. the management disappear
Upon arrival the half bath, refrigerator, inside the dishwasher and living room furniture had mold growing in the hard contact surfaces. The washer had laundry detergent running down the front of it. The stove was dismantled. There were piles of rust in the area under the burners. The microwave was filthy. The kitchen floor was one of the worse I’ve ever seen. The office closed an hour early to avoid dealing with disgruntled tenants. Extremely disappointed.
Very unprofessional management team, they do not care even to respond to emails, someone in their executive offices should take a close look at the current management team and how this place is run. We ended leasing at Ethos and very happy that we did.
RecommendedVery luxurious for a cheap price
The staff here is incredibly unprofessional. My roommates and I lived here for two years and upon moving out were overcharged a ridiculous amount and have all emailed requesting details on these supposed "damages" and no one will get back to us. This complex is run by other college students who have no idea what they're doing.
!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Most of the problems the DIllon has is 100% within their control. Their biggest problem? The management. Management here at The Dillon is unprofessional, disrespectful, and crooks- not to mention violating contracts and laws. PRESSURE YOU. If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would. And it still wouldn't express how poorly run this business is. Ever since I moved in last August, I have had constant and consistent issues with the management, the maintenance, and the unit itself.
