My son has lived at the dillon this semester for the first time. I have to say the place is well kept beautiful. It has all the amenities plus top-notch customer service. Not like student living I remember, its more like resort living at it's finest. Moreover, the staff bent over backwards to make sure my son was comfortable and satisfied which made me very happy and satisfied. I almost subleased a place at the Dillon. This has been such a horrible experience. After talking for days and signing an agreement I was told that someone else had already gotten the apartment. While they were correct that the contract isn't official until it was fully signed by both participants...Imagine that the place you thought you'd be moving in three weeks is suddenly not available?
