My son has lived at the dillon this semester for the first time. I have to say the place is well kept beautiful. It has all the amenities plus top-notch customer service. Not like student living I remember, its more like resort living at it's finest. I almost subleased a place at the Dillon. This has been such a horrible experience. After talking for days and signing an agreement I was told that someone else had already gotten the apartment. While they were correct that the contract isn't official until it was fully signed by both participants...Imagine that the place you thought you'd be moving in three weeks is suddenly not available? It’s my second year here at The Dillon. I’ll be honest with you, I used to hate this apartment. I’ve had to move units three times due to poor roomate matching. HOWEVER, with the new management that has taken over recently, I’ve come to love The Dillon. The new management is extremely nice and helpful. In the past, the Dillon has ignored a lot of my problems that I’ve brought to their attention. Clean and good environment! The location is good for food or shopping trips and staff is always pleasant. Maintenance has been very responsive as well as staff response time. Love the Dillon and I’m glad I get to call it home!
Nothing but bad things to say about The Dillon. My roommates and I had problems even before we moved in with staff saying we didn’t have to pay a signing fee and then once we signed the lease, they charged us a signing fee anyway and said there was nothing they could do about that. They also charged many other fees that we were not made aware of. Once we moved in, the conditions were absolutely horrid. Dear Dillon, Since you won't answer any phone calls, I will do it this way. Your email is threatening that I haven't paid rent. Well, I have! Look at my $0.00 balance on my account and bank statement! Look after your residents!!! You say you care about them so much.
Maintenance is fast and does a great job! Office staff is also friendly. Definitely recommend!
