Started off with high hopes, but the experience fell apart quickly. Poor communication and zero follow-through. Glad this happened before I spent any money. Amazing trip to the low isles. We were so lucky to have a trip booked whilst it was so calm in the sea. The coral and fish life were amazing. The staff were just so lovely and provided everything we needed for a perfect day of snorkelling for the family.
