I loved my time as a tenant of Dietz Lofts. The location and amenities both great. Responsive to needed repairs in apt. Secure underground parking made me confident and comfortable about leaving my car for weeks at a time while traveling for work. I would have liked more of a sense of community. Excellent place to live in Syracuse. Would highly recommend to someone looking for a beautiful loft in a great location. So many great amenities as well
Now, please understand I am NOT a tenant, merely a frequent visitor to the Lofts and am giving my opinion from that frame of reference. I have NO interactions with management or staff. That being said, my friend who does live there, always speaks highly of them. So, from the outside of the building, it is beautiful in the historic way old converted factories can be. Best apartment I have stayed at in the Syracuse area. Staff and residents are so friendly. Services/amenities in the building are a huge asset (underground parking, sauna, spa, yoga, gym classes). The apartment was very clean when we moved in, and the maintenance staff have gone above and beyond (mount TV's, moving stuff to storage units, etc). We could not be happier with the Dietz Lofts.
