We contacted this firm seeking assistance for a tragic family situation involving my father-in-law. The intake staff member was abrupt, lacked basic empathy, and made us feel completely unheard. Even if a case falls outside a firm's scope, prospective clients reaching out during a time of grief deserve to be treated with respect and basic professional listening skills.
I reached out to this firm after hearing good things, hoping to discuss a sensitive nursing home care issue involving my family. Unfortunately, my experience with the intake staff left me feeling completely dismissed and unheard.
