Walked in as a client and left as a friend! This was the best experience ever!! Ever ever!! I was extremely anxious when i arrived for my brazilian wax, as this was my first time. I haven't used Jackie ' s services yet but I have been going to Jessica religiously for years. She is the best! So good she stays booked out almost two months at a time but ALWAYS works you in somehow. She is a natural with hair and I have never been disappointed.
Ms. Jackie helped me get my brows looking good & healthy (in Military terms “on point”) again. This picture was taken the morning of my Brother-in-Law’s wedding; May 3rd, 2019 in Upstate NY. I haven’t missed an appointment with her (Ms.Jackie) yet, after being referred to “The Diamond Ruby; A Skin & Wax Boutique” by my Best Friend. I just brought my mom here to NC from PA, I’ll be spoiling her with some much needed pampering, that Ms. Jackie can provide her, to help her feel good about herself again.

I took my grand daughter to Jackie to get her eyebrows waxed for the first time because I wanted it to be a calm and comfortable experience. She went home and told her mother that getting her eyebrows waxed was not bad at all and nobody was touching her eyebrows but Jackie ! Thank you Jackie for being so patient and caring with her �
