Emily and Gannon are absolutely amazing. They helped me build a custom engagement ring from the ground up for my (now) fiancé and it’s exactly how she wanted it! She’s so happy and can’t stop telling me how perfect it is. Thank you Diamond Room, we will be back.
The diamond in my ring became noticeably loose while in Sioux Falls visiting family. I took it to the Diamond Room after asking family members where they recommend, and was amazed by the exceptional customer service. They walked me through options to make it more durable and expedited the repair so I could have my ring back before Christmas. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable.
Was helped by 1 lady immediately, and while I waited, 3 more workers tried to help me. The lady fixed my ring and even cleaned it for me for free. She then gave me a carry pouch. Sadly, I wasn't offered a great price on the gold items I tried to recycle (recycle gold somewhere else). It was a nice store, though.
