Today I sold 10.5 grams of 10k gold and 1.7 grams of 14k to this place because it was close and I just had a Lil bit so I figured it would save me a trip to colonial. They gave me 200 dollars for everything I agreed my fault wasn't up with the price. After I left I called colonial coins and told them how much I had they said they would have gave me 525. Been upset at myself all day lol. Beware
I have been a customer of The Diamond Outlet for years now and I have to say they are always top notch. My repairs are always done in a timely manner and whatever I take to have repaired it always comes back looking brand new again! The staff…human and canine are always so friendly! Everything is always explained upfront in detail so there is never any surprises. If you need repairs or are in the process of buying something new, they have a great selection in the store. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!
I brought my rings to get them resized and this store is a highly recommended place to bring your jewelry for repair. Customer service is at its absolute best, very personable. My rings came back looking brand new.
My necklace broke and they fixed it on the spot! Excellent, friendly service!!
