Be careful when buying from this particular store. They will say anything to get a sale and are not very knowledgeable about jewelry. So be cautious when they are offering anything while buying something, such as extending their interest-free financing (They will not actually give it to you). Also, they have very bad aftersale customer service.
My other half brought his earrings in to get a diamond reset that had fallen out. From the very beginning the older white male was extremely rude with an aggressive tone. Another lady worker lost his VVS diamond. When she tried to pick it up with tweezers it shot across the store displaying that she might not have had proper training and or tools. Bought 22" sterling silver chain with gold overlay and CZ. Upon inspecting the chain, I noticed several CZs were missing which the male representative assured me would be fixed at no charge were I to buy. After purchasing, I overhear him asking his boss (dark-haired female) about it and she says $70....*sigh* So he comes back and proceeds to tell me I need to pay to fix an already damaged item I just bought "new" supposedly.
