★☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed With Quality and Craftsmanship victoria p. We had a custom sapphire and diamond ring made here. After two days, one of the diamonds fell out of the setting. They did replace the diamond, but told us it was because we were too hard on the ring. The diamond that they replaced it with was chipped and they hid this in the bezel setting.
