Outstanding program! All staff is outstanding and Dr. Aranda only surrounds herself with true professionals. The only program that genuinely made a difference in our son and our family. We highly recommend DBT of Arizona to all of our families at Gateway Academy.

We’ve spent a lot of time with the professionals at DBT AZ, and our daughter is better for it. We started with the teen DBT skills group. I was skeptical about using any mental health professionals, but recognized the general life skills which were taught in this course and figured if this class stops my daughter from making one big mistake in her life it is worth it. This is so valuable, truly teaches "Emotional Intelligence" and breaks it down for those who did not learn/have difficulty with communication, emotional regulation, anxiety and depression. With our current society's state, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this be required curriculum in school, high school if not before. The world would be a better place.

Thank you DBT of Arizona. Through DBT of Arizona's work, counseling and guidance, our young adult child is now in a tremendously better emotional mind set. Our child is now more stable, emotionally balanced, and less anxious, among many other symptoms associated with mental health challenges.
