Its a great feeling when your property managers know you by first name, i’ve been here for over 5 months and im very happy. By far the most peaceful place ive experienced. Maintenance is prompt, and you can tell the team cares about their tenants. Shoutout to the entire team!
The Dial has great amenities, gorgeous views, and stellar living conditions. Maintenance is performed regularly for upkeep and if there’s a request it’s completed at lightning speed. I sincerely don’t have a single complaint. I’ve been here for about a year and have to shout out Diallo and Chris, they make living in an apartment a breeze!!!! So professional, super fast to respond to any issues or questions, funny as hell, the list goes on. Could not think of a better place to be downtown!!
Jake Weller was an absolute delight to work with! From explaining the wonderful amenities to going above and beyond on our tour, Jake really made us feel at home! I was beyond impressed by his professionalism, enthusiasm, and wisdom. Hearing that there are still some amenities to come made us feel comfortable of the evolution and experiences to come! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Definitely ask for Jake Weller if you’re needing a worthwhile visit and a fantastic leasing and marketing professional!
