I’ve loved living here since moving in. The staff in the office and the staff outside of the office are real professional. Alex checked on my washing machine today and got me back up to speed. He’s a wonderful asset to the team that makes this place with so many public spaces feel like a home in all of them. If this place has an amenity it’s up and running because of him. Thank you for making this country boy feel at home in Kansas City. I really appreciate feeling at home being so far from home.
I like the support for the staff here during there office hours. They do a good job. Also good location for driving to NKC. Thanks for the continued effort.
I’ve lived here for roughly 7 months now and it’s been ok. The apartment overall is decently nice and has some amenities such as the gym that are convenient. The issue that lies with me is the issues with the management and constant maintenance. Let me start by saying that yes I do understand this building has recently been renovated but the fact that we were promised many things when we moved in is why this review is so low for me. Will from maintenance was professional and courteous. Fixed my breaker issue with no issue and efficiently.
