Ann Onymous is obviously a bullshit coward due to the fact that they are unwilling to post their identity. My partner & I lived in the Dewitt Mall Building nearly 3 years. The maintenance was amazingly well handled. Our stove stopped working properly once & it was replaced with a NEW unit that very day. At another point our dishwasher went wonky. Again it was replaced that very day. The parking area was always well maintained, even in the worst winter weather as well as the sidewalks and walkways. Another time we were person... read more

This group is VERY SLOW to respond to maintenance requests. With such a large facility as the DeWitt Mall, you would think that they would take the maintenance of the property seriously and not leave dangerously low tree limbs that are a nuisance for pedestrians, and perhaps trim the bushes once every couple years.
