DO NOT MOVE IN TO DEVONSHIRE APARTMENTS. It’s The worst place I’ve ever lived. They don’t care about their tenants, only about tenets they can get. It’s all about the money they can get from their tenants. They charge top dollar for the apartments and they don’t want to fix anything and they just want to make money from your rent and from towing tenants cars.
