I live out of state and needed to help my Mom sell a property in Holland. I had received a few different drive by assessments from other realtors, but left it me with a potential sale price ranging from $65k-$200. Brendin is a fantastic realtor, and if I need to use a realtor again in the future, I would definitely use him again. He was a huge help during the process of selling my condo, and truly worked to get me the best deal possible. 10/10 across the board!

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Brendin will work with you night and day to find your dream estate. He set me up within the system that would send me duplex’s in the market daily and would drive an hour on saturdays and sundays to show me the place. We finally found the one and I will only be working with him when it comes time to purchase my next property. Thank you, Brendin!!
