Customer service had always been good until today. The guy that fixed my phone today was extremely rude to my 13 year old sister and when I called back to get an explanation he began to get extremely defensive and yelled at me the whole time. Even earlier that day when I first dropped off the phone, he had a very nasty attitude and was extremely rude. Before this, I had had no issues at all but I’ll definitely not be going back there ever.
