We always take our devices to Device Drop. We live out of state now and we are having family take in a device because they are the best and the best price.
They replaced my Apple iPhone with a n after market battery that didn't allow my phone to work properly...I took it to another store after Device Drop charged me a ridiculous amount for the cheap battery and the guy at the second store was like oh your battery isn't made for this phone only iPhones take specific batteries...I went back there and they pulled their 12 foot long receipt out and showed me how their responsible for literally nothing or any problems or scams they have done to you...Basically they take your money, ... read more
