RecommendedAMAZING !! At first, we took our iPhone 5s to Taylor Best Buy to have the battery replaced. They wanted $80 and got rude when we questioned why so much? Google'd this place and spoke to Dave....he was so courteous and professional !! He replaced the battery for less than $50 (same day drop off and service). Starting today, no more "Big Box" stores, will be getting my money. I will fully support small businesses like Device Drop. Going to take my tablet up next, for him to fix !! 5 Stars !! Very happy we found this place !!
