This is an excellent law firm, I was initially denied disability retirement from OPM, but Debra Hauser took this case for me and did an excellent job presenting my case and securing my disability retirement. their fees are reasonable to me. Ms. Hauser and her clerks kept me informed on t he status of my case. I would highly recommend this law firm and I will use them again in the future, shall I need any further assistance. I am totally satisfied with the results.

I was contacted by an attorney from this office for my free consultation, to help me in my wrongful termination case. The attorney was very condescending, abrupt and insensitive. He would not allow me to fully complete a sentence without interrupting my train of thought. He repeatedly told me that I did not understand what he was saying when it was quite the opposite. I have feet pain and couldn't even walk to the parking lot at work due to the pain. My employer denied receiving the doctor's note, even after I gave a paper copy to a manager and I was questioned by two other managers about it. So they denied me worker's compensation for over a month. I called Devadoss and they helped me get the rent money I needed and food money for my baby. My baby might be hungry and homeless without them.

I have used the Devadoss Law Firm in the past. I was successful. So, when my employer decided to deny my 2 reasonable accommodations and to medically remove me, I returned to Devadoss Law Firm. Again, I was successful! Debra and her team were awesome! Debra completed all of the necessary paperwork for my disability retirement.
