Super friendly and helpful staff, and great product options for such a small space!
My second time in the store but unlike my first time I didn’t have a set item my wife wanted me to buy. I need help with birthday gifts and the young lady at the store (I wish I remembered her name but I remember she was from Belgium) was super helpful. In about 20 minutes I had a great selection of items that matched my wife’s style/complexion based on photos I had. Fantastic service and great selection
Not customer-friendly! They were closed for lunch, unexpectedly, until my train’s departure. People take time out of their day to visit this store only to be unexpectedly denied service. Also the lady who was working was very cold and unhelpful. She could have taken one minute of her break to help me before going back, as there was nobody else there. Staff lunch breaks are great but can you please streamline them and put it on your Google page so your customers are aware?
Nice shop n frdly staff. Unique products n nvironmental frdly.
