TERRIBLE response time. I reached out in February to schedule. I had left two messages and sent one email before finally deciding to message them on Facebook. Finally I got a response. They said that they were scheduling into April but would get back to me in a “short while” to schedule. Never heard back so I messaged again. Still no response. Mike, I had an appointment yesterday & you closed for the weather. When I talked to you over a month ago, you said you would call if there was an issue with the weather. I need to reschedule. My groupon is running out. I expect you to honor it since you broke the appointment.
I had an appointment scheduled for 4 months and it should have been for Saturday 12/7/19 at 10:00 no one bothered to call me back after I sat and waited for the shop to open and I even called left a message saying I was there. I bought a groupon for their car tint service. An appointment was required. I called multiple times for days, but no one ever picked up. I left a message but they never called me back. During this time, their website said they were open. Groupon refused to give me my money back. I disputed the charge. My credit card company is currently investigating The Detail Man. Got the groupon deal, stopped by to schedule by car, he says earliest he can do it is late September. (It is June). I have to wait 3 months to get my car washed and waxed???? Either he is blowing people off with Groupon deal or poor management that needs to hire more people.
The Detail Man surpassed my expectations! Every little crevice was cleaned. My seats were shampooed and they look practically brand new! If you need your car detailed go to The Detail Man! 5 stars all the way! I'll be back for sure! Thank you so much!!
