Lumi did a great job detailing my Rav 4. It was such a remarkable transformation and felt like having a new car again.
I paid extra for dog hair removal, was still tons left. Didn’t even touch the headboard. I had seat covers installed and told them no need to clean the seats sense I forgot to take them off, they offered to take them off and still clean the seats, was happy till I went to reinstall them and saw that three of the straps were cut. I had the duck tape them to get them to work at all. Destroyed property and lazy cleaning. Would never recommend.
Amazing service, clear communication, flexibility!!! Had 2 cars detailed and they both look cleaner than when they were new. Can’t recommend enough. If you’re selling your car, a detail here will pay for itself and more
I asked for a gift certificate for my bday and luckily it was to the AK Detail Guy, they did an amazing job on my filthy dirty car and didn’t judge me for the state of the inside haha. I will definitely be back & highly recommend. Extremely professional, punctual, and communicative of when my car was expected to be done during the day! Lovely experience with Lumi :’)
