Unfortunately, I was not able to utilize their services; scheduling didn't work out with my availability, which is totally fair. But I still wanted to give a special shout out to the DYLC's Client Care team. They were very prompt with their response time, both by email and phone. And when we determined that my availability didn't work with their business hours, they did suggest other clinics in Toronto, which I thought was amazing and helpful! I wish Design Your Life Centre all the success in the future!
