My experience with the owner was a disappointment and waste of time/money. Several red flags that occurred even before the appointment were that she texted me at 11 pm to reschedule the appointment I had booked online, since her online availability did not match her true schedule. Then at the appointment, she did not match my hair to the provided inspiration pictures despite having a thorough consultation beforehand. Edit to reply from salon owner: the kitchen scissors are for my mail that you see on the counter but sadly enough it does look like a kitchen scissor job huh?? I have attached my receipt from your salon. The salon is nice & conveniently located for me. Kaily was nice & did her best. As far as the haircut goes not so great.
