I was waiting more than one hour and no one paid any attention to me. When I asked when I would be called in—explaining that I was in a rush to get to work—the person on Front desk ignored me completely, not even glancing in my direction. 1 star off for the wait time - 30mins wait on a Friday 9:30 am appointment. But everything was great. From booking to paperwork, the process was streamlined. The front desk person was very friendly. The PA and her assistant who saw me made me feel listen to. Overall very nice experience. Definitely recommend
I’m very disappointed with my experience at this dermatologist’s office. I provided all of my information while scheduling through their AI appointment system, which was supposed to help make the process easier. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the front-desk staff told me they do not accept my insurance. This should have been confirmed before the appointment was scheduled.
