This place is an absolute scam. I went in for an annual skin check and the doctor expected me to know which spots he should check, then when I said everywhere as it’s an annual check he spent all of 15 seconds doing the “check”. I’ve seen other commenters with the same story then being charged hundreds of dollars weeks later. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I brought my three-and-a-half-year-old daughter to Dr. Sanjosh Singh at the Williamsburg location to cure an infected scrape on her hand after a bike fall. We waited forty five minutes past our appointment time with my daughter and my six month old baby. When Dr. Singh finally walked in, she offered no apology for the delay and immediately began acting dismissive and rude for no apparent reason. My 2-year-old son had an appointment at this Greenpoint location. We arrived on time, checked in promptly, and still waited 45 minutes before being taken to a room. After all that waiting, the dermatologist spent maybe 30 seconds with us before sending us on our way. It was extremely frustrating to spend nearly an hour waiting for such a rushed visit. I understand delays can happen, but this experience felt very disrespectful of our time.
