Super awesome time with Dr. Lucas
Was able to get ab appointment within a few days of calling and they offer walk-in visits, too. The P.A. and Assistant were very friendly and thorough in my consult and the front desk Associate was, too. I definitely intend to turn to this medical office for any further dermatology needs I have in the future.
I came in for my annual skin check 2 months ago and just received an email notifying me that I will be charged $400 TOMORROW. The email came in at 6:31pm when all of their offices are closed and I have no way of speaking to anyone about a sudden charge of $400 that could happen before their offices even open tomorrow. In the 2 months since my visit, I haven't heard anything about a bill for my visit and no claims have been made through my insurance.
