2 hours of waiting even after booking an appointment for 5 min consultation... 1 doctor was doing everything around here. In the end, even after prescribing medication for me, they never sent the medication to the pharamacy even the day after the appointment, which forces me to call their number (beware they use an ChatGPT Voice AI as a first line of "defense") for 20 minutes of waiting

I was very disappointed with my experience at this dermatology office. As a walk-in patient, I waited over two hours to be seen, yet no one informed me upon arrival that there was only one doctor available or that the wait would be so long. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but patients deserve transparency about wait times so they can decide whether to stay or return another day.
