Dr. Danziger is amazing. She is charming and took her time with me. I really appreciated her attention to detail. A lot of the bad reviews for this place are based on negative admin experiences, and I fully get that, but I felt compelled to review because the actual medical professionals are excellent.
DO NOT GO HERE! There is clearly something wrong with their billing system. I was charged twice for the same bill, and almost charged a third time, when I went in person to make a payment because their online payment system wasn’t working. The first payment apparently never showed up in their system, so I was charged again. Trying to contact the billing department has been nearly impossible. I’ve been dealing with this issue for months, attempting to get a refund for the duplicate charge, and no one has helped resolve or esc... read more
Honestly, I don't know what is going on with this place. I have made three different attempts to get my prescription filled and haven't received any reply. The first time was through my pharmacy and the second two, I called directly to have them sent. This is a prescription. It is not a meaningless online order. They are playing with people's medical needs. If they can't be bothered to do something as simple as send a prescription to the pharmacy, I can't imagine what other areas they are negligent in.
The service was wonderful.
Showed up for my scheduled appt, was told my insurance was no longer accepted. Thanks for notifying me in advance!!!!
