One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I’ve now had two appointments rescheduled, and when I raised my frustration, I was essentially told, “Nurses do call in sick.” Of course I understand that people get sick, but if appointment cancellations and rescheduling are a common occurrence, this should be communicated upfront before clients commit to starting a skin journey that requires consistency.
