Dr Goodman is thoughtful & responsive with a calm, gentle manner. I am impressed by his considered approach, & grateful for his medical expertise and time. The reception staff and nurses are also very caring. A special thank you to all, especially Penny.

I visited the Dermatology Institute of Victoria today, on recommendation from my dermatologist. My visit was to see if they could provide any assistance with the condition of my aging, and sun damaged (yes lots of wrinkles) face. I was fortunate enough to see Prof Goodman and Grace and found them to be very thorough and helpful. While Prof Goodman's advice was not what I wanted to hear, he was open and honest, which I appreciated. I came to DIV years ago. I came in for treatments and product info. Was told the only option by the DR was to go on the pill or I would be unable to see him in the future. Left crying. Finally mustering up the courage to write this review after hearing similar stories. Not good enough and can't beleive I paid hundreds of dollars for the privilege!
I had a terrible experience at this clinic and am extremely disappointed with the service. I found Dr Rich judgmental and condescending, making me feel uncomfortable throughout the appointment. To make matters worse, he even cut the wrong spot during my procedure. When I later voiced my concerns to the reception, instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a sincere apology, they showed very little accountability or desire to help.
