No one was there when we went for appointment. The place should’ve been open
My procedure went well but had an issue about a month later with a small infection. Tried numerous times to contact the office and kept on getting redirected back to central scheduling. So the surgery department makes there own appointments but now i cant get a hold of them to get a follow up visit for the infection.
The Duly office at the City Gate Center in Naperville looks like its in a 3rd world country. The furniture is dirty, there are holes in the walls, the floors and counters were dirty, the glass on the doors looks like its never been cleaned. The individual rooms the see patients in are shabby and in poor repair. I asked to talk to the office manager and she never called me back. They don't respond, you go to voice mail and they don't return the call.
Duly is one of the worst medical practices in Chicagoland. The Docs sold out to private equity in recent years and are only focused on making $ for their investors, not treating any employees w/ respect. Best example I have is, they screwed my wife out of her bonus comp because she had a baby. They purposefully keep their pay language vague and try and confuse employees so they don't stand up for themselves and get paid what they're deserved.
