I want to start by saying that the MDs and PAs here are great but the lack of communication between the medical and customer service team is astonishing. 10/20/25 I called in for a prescription refill via call center. There is no way to reach the actual office. You have to hear the automated prompts and get routed to a call center. Didn’t hear back for 10 days. I called back 10/30/25 to follow up. Was told that I need to see the provider to get the Rx refill. I asked why no one told me. Call center said we don’t know why but... read more

Quick and easy . Very efficient. My appt was on time and the p.a. was excellent
I had my first full body check by Dr Altman last week. The office staff were very friendly and efficient. Dr Altman and the Medical Assistant were very personable. The appointment was very brief-which is fine. Thankfully all was well and I only have to return for my annual check. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
