Was easy to make an appointment and had a professional environment, would recommend to someone nervous to go to the doctor
It's the Home Depot of dermatology. Very automated. No people available for help. Totally automated.
I called on 4/3 to schedule an appt with Dr Dundon. Soonest available was 6/18 which I booked. I got a call saying the provider is unavailable that day and I need to reschedule. Again, soonest available is now 7/1. Very disappointed with how the office handled cancellations from their side. I would have expected some sort of higher priority on the waitlist at the very least since this cancellation was no fault of my own.
I absolutely hate this place, Dr.Rachel S. Altman is terrible and I never want to see her again!
