Horrible wait times every appointment, even the virtual appointment!
Didn’t love my experience here! Spent $224 to spend more time in the waiting room than in the room with the doctor. Felt it was rushed and didn’t feel like I was totally seen and heard. Hopefully the cream that was prescribed for me for my itching ends up being worth it!
I went to Dr Dworkin as a recommendation. The office was clean and everyone was helpful. The doctor was quick and efficient. When there was an issue with the medicine that was prescribed, I sent a message over the app and received a follow-up phone call in less than 20 minutes from the doctor. I would recommend anyone to go here.
My wife made an appointment with Dr. Dworkin and when she got there, she was told that they have no record in their system of her appointment and was told to reschedule. She was given a new appointment for almost a month later due to no fault of her own. Although the doctor is highly rated and experienced, her office staff only gets 1 star due to their incompetence and ineptness. Very irresponsible and not at all caring the Patients. There was a medication prescribed by this office for my daughter, however it wasn’t covered by the insurance and CVS has been chasing the doctor office for an alternate medication for almost 2 weeks with no luck till now. Till now CVS contacted the doctor’s office 3 times and I personally called the Dr office 4 times in last 2 weeks.
