I have absolutely no complaints about the level of care that I have received. My main complaint is with the accounting department. I actually went into the office recently for an appointment and they insisted that I pay the charges from my previous appointment nine days earlier, otherwise I couldn’t get in to see the doctor that day. Poor treatment of customers from the accounting department.
Been going here regularly for easily over 5 years. Honestly no issues with the exception of a doctor who did a Mohs procedure for skin cancer on my face that I was not happy with but that was a very long time ago and he is no longer there. I dont understand all the negative reviews.
Front desk is always a hassle. Don't waste your time.
I've always had a great experience at the Dermatology Clinic. I'm always seen on time. The exam is thorough and never rushed. My questions are always answered. The support staff are always friendly and happy. I highly recommend The Dermatology Clinic in Freehold.
This is my 2nd visit with Dr. Dworkin. She is very kind and professional. She addressed all of my concerns. I appreciate that she doesn't rush to get you out of the office. Great experience.
