Shannon, who answers the phone here basically told me in not so many words that they didn't want my business. They weren't interested in making an appointment for me and that if I really wanted one so bad I should try back in December.? y'all need to record your phone calls because whoever's answering the phone doesn't want to bring in business.
Had an appointment last Thursday. Confirmed my appointment with their text. Showed up and not open I called the Wichita office to be told Derby is only open on Tuesdays. She double checked and saw where the appointment was confirmed. I’ll be looking for a new office.
Had two appts. after my PCP visually diagnosed a fingernail issue and prescribed an oral and topical medication for a fungal infection. First appt.was for an overall skin check but since I was there I inquired about my nail fungus. The nurse practitioner (I’m assuming) said it was NOT a fungal infection but an underlying condition causing my fingernail issue, no coarse of treatment. This office is horrible nobody communicates I had to fill out an appeal form twice cuz they lost the first one I filled out! They overcharge for a 5 minute appt to tell me my meds were denied which I already knew! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I am writing as a long-term patient of your practice to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience with your office. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes to speak with an operator, I was transferred to the billing department, placed on hold again, and then sent to voicemail. I called back and waited an additional 29 minutes. When someone finally answered, the call was disconnected before I was even able to speak.
