This office is horrible nobody communicates I had to fill out an appeal form twice cuz they lost the first one I filled out! They overcharge for a 5 minute appt to tell me my meds were denied which I already knew! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I am writing as a long-term patient of your practice to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience with your office. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes to speak with an operator, I was transferred to the billing department, placed on hold again, and then sent to voicemail.
