I have no idea how this receptionist is still employed here, must have shares. The lengths you have to go to is unbelievable all while being spoken to like a sub human. Constantly following up to get a prescription is a joke. Lesson learnt here should have read the 1000+ negative reviews. The data doesn’t lie. Stay away from this place. If I could give negative stats I would. STAY AWAY
Specialists Dr.Gillmore is very thorough, knowledgeable and proffecional - I highly recommend him. The practice has great facilities and is always clean. The nurse Mel is so lovely and always goes out of her way for patients. The reception staff are friendly and accomidating with making and changing booking. I recommend this clinic.

Receptionist was not helpful, I could sense some attitude and when I asked for my result they were reluctant. I shouldn’t have to call multiple times when I’m not at fault to get my prescription.
The receptionist Melanie was rude I was in the middle between 2 dermatology’s and she had a tone that’s wasn’t nice. They were meant to call me back and I gave them more than 15 minutes and when I called they told me that they did receive a call. I was told to wait but nothing from them if I didn’t call in the first place I would still be confused on what was happening.
