The Dermatology Clinic has completely changed my life. My psoriasis went from being around 80% covered to now completely clear with ongoing care and treatment. From the very beginning, I have been treated with kindness and respect by every member of staff. Dr Louis Chan is excellent, caring and great with kids. He did further investigation to ensure my son received the right treatment. The nurses are friendly, gentle and compassionate with the treatment. Overall, excellent service from this clinic
I have no idea how this receptionist is still employed here, must have shares. The lengths you have to go to is unbelievable all while being spoken to like a sub human. Constantly following up to get a prescription is a joke. Lesson learnt here should have read the 1000+ negative reviews. The data doesn’t lie. Stay away from this place. If I could give negative stats I would. STAY AWAY
Specialists Dr.Gillmore is very thorough, knowledgeable and proffecional - I highly recommend him. The practice has great facilities and is always clean. The nurse Mel is so lovely and always goes out of her way for patients. The reception staff are friendly and accomidating with making and changing booking. I recommend this clinic.
