While I’m not typically one to write a negative review, I had a terrible experience when I called the dermatology clinic as a new client trying to make an appointment. I am very disappointed as I have had quite a few friends have very positive experiences there, and I would have loved to come in as a new client, but after being spoken to the way I was by Dakota, I will be going elsewhere. I think I've known Dr. Shannon for at least 10 years. She's helped my children, my husband, and me. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and I've trusted her with some pretty important stuff. She is unquestionably competent and she's taken the time to explain things. More recently I've used some of the services in the Cosmetic Department and today I had the best facial ever. Thank you Lauren and thank you to all the people on the 2nd floor of the O'Donovan Drive location.
