While people at the front desk of this practice are “doing their job” they come across as cold and rigid and without appreciation for years long clients. Since Sona took over this practice there is clear erosion in personalized service, it does not look as a happy practice. Some hospitality training is urgently needed for the front desk people. Dr Joseph Lee is brilliant but this review is not about him.
