Office bills you twice for procedures once for a consult and again for the procedure . Also i missed an appointment because I had the flu and was charged 20$ and i paid it even though I requested a pass on it . When I requested a pass they dragged me back to the office manager and was very rude. I was forced to pay it. Then they billed me again for the 20$ I already paid. My family and I have been a patients for 15 years; from the time the office was just one suite to now as it has grown into numerous suites! We wouldn't stray! Everyone is absolutely fabulous!
They are a great office. Have been seen several times by them & very satisfied with them. They get you a appointment quickly & there is little to no wait time for the dr to come in to see you. Hsve recommended them often.
Have been a patient for 7 years and am more than satisfied with the doctors and the staff as well. Highly recommended.
Would not send a dead dog to! I recently had a procedure done in Dr. Banet's office performed by his N.P. Dr. Mader to remove a cyst on my scalp. After returning home, I realized I still had the cyst and in return, have stitches located on the skin behind my ear (where I was not aware of any cyst being located). When I notified Dr. Banet of this mishap, I was told to "get over it". I am in extreme pain and swelling of this site and was not given any medication for pain.
