Dr Forman is the best, most thorough, friendly wonderful doctor and the whole staff are a joy.
Amber Young, PA is wonderful. She's been doing my botox for almost a year now and I love how she gives me a natural boost for my 41 year old skin and face, hehe! The receptionist and staff are so kind and make it easy to schedule appointments.
I had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist. She had no idea what she was talking about. I called and asked her if she accepted my insurance and she said that they do, but I will still get a bill for a mystery amount after I pay my copay. I asked her to clarify multiple times, but she just said the same thing every time- that I would be charged more even though I am covered in network but they would know how much.
