While the in office experience was great I would give them 0 stars based on the prescription. The prescription was "sent" in two weeks ago, 5 phone calls later the prescription still isnt anywhere to be found. PATHETIC! Now I'm looking for someplace else to go!
Went in for routine mole removal, I’m now covered in blood blisters much worse than the small moles that were there before. Absolute nightmare. Also when we went in they gave us the wrong people information, made us go through and manually edit the previous persons info and change it to our. Then went to get prescriptions and they were in the other persons name. Incredibly unprofessional and very strange to say the least. Went back Friday to show them how bad their work was and show them all my blood blisters from their gun ... read more
