It's fine. Not 24 hour access, which isn't ideal or really compatible with my usual hours, but that's my fault, I knew that going in.
Horrible. Canceled in writing per their policy. Five months later they are still charging me. I’ve emailed, called, and even gone by in person. No response to emails, calls and visits I am told it will be resolved. Have charged back 5 months, now calling cc company to block the business.
Great service and rates !
Great prices and friendly staff, would definitely recommend. Came here from public storage after they wanted to keep upping storage payment. Will continue to use Depot for my future storage needs.
