I hesitate to review The Depot because if fear that I will not give a description that will properly attest to its wholly uinque atmosphere and overall superb quality. While this coffee shop and restaurant may not be able to accomodate every whim because of their relatively tiny kitchen and prep space, they make up for every thing they can not do by providing a level of delicious perfection with their food and coffee that simply isn't matched by anyone else in our city-and probably not many places otherwise. Let me first say the food was fantastic and the place itself is very inviting! The service is the reason for my low rating. My husband and I are from the coast and had a rare day together. We arrived at the Depot at 3:20 (they close at 4). When asked if we were eating, we replied yes. We were quickly informed that we'd have to eat from a to go box, thinking it must be close to 4, we agreed.
